These are the most frequently used sizes, suitable for applications like building facades, machine guarding, partitions, and filtering equipment.
Standard round hole diameters include:

3. Hole Diameter and Pitch Range
Hole Diameter Range:
Our stainless steel perforated sheets support a wide range of hole diameters, from ultra-fine micro perforations to large openings:
Minimum hole diameter: 0.2mm
Maximum hole diameter: up to 300mm
Note: For structural integrity, the hole diameter should not be smaller than the thickness of the sheet.
Hole Pitch Guidelines:
To maintain mechanical strength and avoid material deformation, the minimum distance between holes (pitch) should be at least 1.5 times the sheet thickness.
